Electro-Mechanical Production Technician

We're seeking a hands-on technician with a strong electrical background to support the assembly and production of advanced battery energy storage systems. This is a unique opportunity for someone who enjoys working with automated equipment, troubleshooting electrical issues, and playing an active role in a growing manufacturing environment.

This role is ideal for candidates coming from maintenance, automation, industrial electrical, manufacturing, or electro-mechanical backgrounds who enjoy both production and problem-solving.

Shift:
7:00 AM - 3:30 PM Monday - Fridays

Pay:
$26-$30.00/hr

What You'll Do

• Assemble battery energy storage systems using engineering drawings, wiring diagrams, and work instructions
• Perform electrical wiring, cabling, grounding, and terminal connections
• Operate and monitor automated assembly equipment to ensure smooth production
• Troubleshoot equipment, electrical, and process-related issues
• Perform basic repairs and preventative maintenance on production equipment
• Support system testing, commissioning, validation, and quality checks
• Identify process improvement opportunities and participate in continuous improvement initiatives
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area following 5S, EHS, and battery safety standards
• Collaborate with engineering, quality, and production teams to resolve issues and improve performance

What We're Looking For

• Strong electrical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
• Experience working on manufacturing equipment, automated machinery, conveyors, robotics, or industrial systems
• Ability to read wiring diagrams, schematics, and assembly drawings
• Experience performing preventative maintenance and minor equipment repairs
• Comfortable working with hand tools, power tools, and electrical testing equipment
• Mechanical assembly experience is a plus
• Technical school, trade school, military electrical training, or maintenance background highly preferred
