Opportunity Highlights

• Eligibility for loan repayment (HPSA score: 14) along with HRSA-aligned incentives
• Sign-on/retention bonus ranging from $15,000 to $20,000
• Mission-driven FQHC model dedicated to serving underserved communities
• Monday to Friday schedule, totaling 40 hours with allocated administrative time
• Manageable patient volume of 16 to 20 per day, with built-in buffers
• Strong support structure with a 2:1 staff-to-provider ratio
• Integrated care model that includes behavioral health, dental, and pharmacy services
• Utilization of the Epic electronic medical record (EMR) system
• Visa sponsorship available for J-1 and H-1B candidates
