Service Representative - Eyewash/WaterBreak

Service Representative in Training/Bench – Eyewash/WaterBreak Cintas is hiring a Service Representative in Training/Bench for our Eyewash/WaterBreak line of products. The role involves thoroughly cleaning and sanitizing eyewash stations and WaterBreak water and ice units, operating equipment safely, and adhering to all safety policies and procedures. Additionally, the representative will sell the complete Eyewash and WaterBreak product line to Cintas First Aid and Safety (FAS) customers. Key Responsibilities Actively participate in on‑the‑job training, culminating in comprehensive hands‑on certification. Service customers according to a scheduled calendar, ensuring adherence to service frequency. Establish and maintain rapport with customers, resolve concerns, and communicate issues to improve product and service quality. Perform functional checks, clean and sanitize the exterior of WaterBreak units, and thoroughly clean the interior of eyewash stations, including changing water, cleaning, and adding antimicrobial additive. Support customer retention and route growth by selling and meeting sales goals: Advise customers on price increases as directed by the Service Manager. Sell new stations, units, and target products. Provide accurate invoicing and accounting of services, obtain invoice signatures, complete required paperwork, and maintain past‑due percentages per management goals. Skills / Qualifications Required High School Diploma or GED equivalent. Valid driver’s license. Ability to work unsupervised. Previous sales and/or customer service experience.
