What You'll Do:

• Perform routine laboratory procedures using analyzers, spectrophotometers, and other lab equipment
• Maintain quality control standards by running standards and troubleshooting instrumentation issues
• Provide critical test results for patient diagnosis and treatment planning
• Analyze blood samples, including blood cell counts and identification
• Conduct blood type, compatibility, and transfusion testing
• Maintain laboratory supplies inventory and ensure equipment calibration and preventive maintenance
• Assist in preparing reports and summarizing technological findings
• Follow safety and compliance protocols to ensure accurate and safe testing procedures

What You Need:

• Valid Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT) license or certification
• Prior experience working in a clinical laboratory setting
• Strong attention to detail and proficiency with laboratory equipment
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Good communication skills and adherence to safety standards
