Physical Therapist (PT)  
Location: Northern Dauphin Nursing and Rehab – Millersburg, PA
Schedule: Full-Time

Northern Dauphin Nursing and Rehab is hiring a licensed Physical Therapist (PT) to provide full-time care at Northern Dauphin Nursing and Rehab in Millersburg, PA. This is a meaningful opportunity to guide residents through rehabilitation, restore mobility, and help them reclaim their independence all within a supportive and collaborative environment.

What You’ll Do:

• Evaluate patients and develop personalized physical therapy treatment plans

• Deliver evidence-based, patient-centered interventions

• Track progress, update goals, and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team

• Ensure services meet Revital’s high standards for quality, documentation, and ethical care

Qualifications:

• Licensed Physical Therapist (PT) in Pennsylvania

• Current BLS certification

• Strong clinical judgment, communication skills, and a patient advocacy mindset
