- Product Owner - Tech DeliveryApply**Job#: 3038423****Job Description:**Product Owner - Tech Delivery**Location: Chandler, Arizona (Hybrid)****Duration: 12 months****Payrate: $55 - 61.37/hr on W2**Role OverviewThe Product team is responsible for defining, prioritizing, and delivering technology solutions that align with business objectives. This role serves as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, engineering teams, and delivery partners to ensure product features and initiatives are clearly defined, prioritized, and executed effectively. The position emphasizes Agile delivery, end-to-end ownership of product backlogs, and alignment of technology deliverables to enterprise priorities, while ensuring compliance with change management and risk standards.Key Responsibilities* Define, prioritize, and manage product backlogs to align with business objectives and technology deliverables.* Serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, engineering teams, and delivery partners.* Ensure product features and initiatives are clearly defined, prioritized, and executed effectively.* Translate business needs into technical requirements and user stories for engineering teams.* Manage multiple initiatives across different stages of the delivery lifecycle in a cross-functional environment.* Facilitate communication and problem-solving to drive outcomes in complex settings.* Ensure compliance with enterprise change management, risk, and compliance frameworks.Required Qualifications* Experience in Product Management.* Experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or in a similar role within Agile environments.* Proven experience managing or supporting the delivery of technology initiatives or programs.* Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.* Experience with Agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban.* Proficiency with Agile tools like Jira, Confluence, or similar delivery platforms.* Strong understanding of Agile frameworks, with a preference for SAFe in large enterprises.* Familiarity with enterprise change management, risk, and compliance frameworks.Preferred Qualifications* Certification in Agile or Product methodologies (e.g., CSPO, SAFe PO/PM).* Experience in financial services or other highly regulated environments.* Familiarity with infrastructure, platform, or enterprise technology domains (e.g., mainframe, cloud, automation).* Experience with portfolio-level planning tools such as Jira Align.* Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.* Ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive alignment across competing priorities. *Everforth Apex is a world-class IT services company that serves thousands of clients across the globe.
