SEO Content Marketing Specialist Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in SEO, Content Marketing, Digital Marketing, Growth Marketing, or Inbound Marketing
• Strong understanding of modern SEO principles and content optimization
• Experience creating SEO-optimized blogs, landing pages, website content, and educational resources
• Hands-on experience with HubSpot CMS
• Experience using SEMrush, Google Search Console, and Google Analytics 4 (GA4)
• Comfortable leveraging AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or similar platforms to improve research and content creation
• Strong copywriting, editing, and proofreading skills
• Experience marketing B2B technology, SaaS, healthcare technology, cybersecurity, or other complex products preferred
• Self-motivated, curious, and able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment

SEO Content Marketing Specialist Responsibilities

• Create and publish high-volume, SEO-optimized content including blogs, landing pages, website copy, and educational resources
• Develop content that improves visibility across traditional search engines and emerging AI-powered search platforms
• Conduct keyword research, audience research, and competitive analysis to identify content opportunities
• Optimize existing website content to improve rankings, user engagement, and organic search performance
• Publish and manage content within HubSpot CMS
• Utilize AI tools to accelerate research and content development while ensuring all published content is accurate, engaging, and aligned with brand standards
• Monitor SEO performance, keyword rankings, organic traffic, and content effectiveness using SEMrush, Google Search Console, and GA4
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, leadership, and technical subject matter experts to create compelling content for complex B2B audiences
• Repurpose long-form content into LinkedIn and other professional marketing assets to strengthen brand visibility and thought leadership
