Call Center Representative / Collections Specialist

We’re looking for motivated Call Center Representatives to join our growing team.

What You’ll Do

Make outbound and receive inbound calls regarding outstanding accounts
Communicate clearly and professionally
Negotiate payment arrangements and resolve account balances
Update customer records accurately in our system
Meet daily and monthly performance targets

Pay Details

The positions starting pay is $15.75/hr
