Sr. Sales Operations Analyst

JOB SUMMARY: The Sr. Sales Operations Analyst partners with Sales leadership to improve commercial performance through analytics, forecasting, CRM optimization, reporting, and process improvement. This role supports strategic decision-making by transforming data into actionable insights while driving operational excellence across the commercial organization. ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Develop executive dashboards and KPI reporting using Power BI, Salesforce, and Excel. Analyze revenue, margin, customer profitability, pricing performance, and sales productivity. Build forecasting models and monitor pipeline health. Perform win/loss analysis and identify commercial growth opportunities. Develop automated reporting to reduce manual effort and improve decision-making. Support Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and executive leadership presentations. Identify trends and provide recommendations to improve commercial effectiveness. Maintain data quality across CRM and reporting systems. Own weekly pipeline reporting and sales forecasting processes. Support territory planning, quota management, and sales process improvements. Coordinate cross-functional commercial initiatives across Sales, Pricing, Finance, Marketing, and Operations. EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE: Bachelor\'s degree in Business, Finance, Analytics, Economics, Supply Chain, or related field preferred. 5 years’ experience in sales operations, commercial analytics, business intelligence, or related experience. Knowledge of pricing analytics, forecasting, and customer profitability preferred. Experience supporting enterprise sales organizations preferred. REQUIREMENTS: Experience with CRMs and sales reporting (Salesforce.com, MS Dynamics or similar CRM platforms). Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (pivot tables, Power Query, complex formulas). Experience building dashboards (Power BI, Tableau or similar BI platforms). Strong analytical, problem-solving, and executive presentation skills.
