Tenant Services Coordinator

Responsibilities

Kforce has a client in Falls Church, VA that is seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support a fast-paced property management team in a highly visible, onsite role. This position plays a key role in keeping operations organized, supporting vendor coordination, and ensuring day-to-day business functions run smoothly. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their career who thrives in a structured, team-oriented environment and enjoys taking ownership of administrative processes.Key Responsibilities:

• Support day-to-day administrative operations for a property management team
• Process and track invoices, ensuring accuracy and timely completion
• Assist with vendor coordination, contract documentation, and system updates
• Monitor and maintain internal systems and reporting tools
• Coordinate meetings, prepare materials, and manage logistics
• Take and distribute meeting notes and follow-ups
• Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes
• Track deadlines and proactively follow up with team members

Skills

• 1+ year of administrative experience (property management or real estate experience is a plus)
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Professional communication skills (written and verbal)
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable working onsite full-time

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Experience with Outlook and Teams
• Exposure to property management or financial systems is a plus

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.


We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
