Property Administrator (Commercial Real Estate)

Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Property Administrator to support the day-to-day operations of a commercial property portfolio. This individual will serve as a key point of contact for tenants while partnering cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure smooth property operations and a high level of service.

• Serve as the primary point of contact for tenant inquiries, requests, and issue resolution
• Coordinate with maintenance teams to schedule repairs, preventative maintenance, and routine property inspections
• Manage lease administration processes, including renewals, amendments, and terminations
• Support move-in and move-out processes, including inspections and security deposit tracking
• Prepare and process tenant invoicing; ensure accuracy within Yardi and Nexus systems
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of tenant communications, work orders, and property activity
• Resolve tenant concerns promptly while ensuring compliance with company policies and lease agreements
• Assist with monthly reporting related to tenant services and property performance
• Collaborate closely with internal teams including accounting, legal, and property management

• Experience in property management, property administration, or commercial real estate
• Working knowledge of lease agreements and rental practices
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); experience with Yardi preferred
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Customer-service oriented with a proactive, problem-solving mindset

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Arlington, VA.

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00/hr.

This is a fully onsite position in Arlington,VA.
