Position Overview

As an  Insurance Representative , you'll work directly with clients through virtual Zoom and phone appointments, helping them understand available benefits and select coverage that best meets their needs.

You'll build lasting client relationships while delivering outstanding service in a fully remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

Client Support & Education

• Meet with clients virtually through Zoom and phone consultations

• Present insurance and benefit solutions tailored to each client's needs

• Explain policy features, coverage options, and available benefits

• Guide clients through the application and enrollment process

• Assist with policy reviews, updates, and ongoing service requests

Relationship Management

• Build long-term client relationships based on trust and exceptional service

• Respond promptly to client questions and concerns

• Maintain accurate documentation and follow-up communication

• Uphold company policies and industry compliance standards

Professional Development

• Participate in ongoing virtual training and mentorship

• Develop communication, leadership, and client service skills

• Collaborate with a supportive remote team

• Continue growing through coaching and leadership development opportunities
