Sales Coordinator

$1,000 Sign-on Bonus! Paid over period of time.

We are seeking an experienced  Assisted Living and Memory Care Marketing/ Sales Coordinator . The Sales Coordinator drives community occupancy by converting inquiries into tours and tours into new resident move-ins. The Sales Coordinator focuses on building trust, nurturing relationships with both customers and senior living care professionals; representing the community with professionalism and care. This job is inside and outside marketing and sales.  

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to inquiries within 30 minutes and track interactions in the CRM.
• Conduct tours and secure new resident move-ins.
• Build relationships with prospects, families, and referral sources.
• Ensure the community is clean, welcoming, and tour-ready.
• Support marketing initiatives, business development, and social media presence.
• Collaborate with the Community Director, coordinators, and staff.
• Participate in professional development and continuous learning.
• Marketing to hospitals, rehabs, and doctors to drive referrals
• Qualifications:

• 2–4 years of experience in Assisted Living and Memory Care are a must  
• Degree in healthcare administration, business, marketing, or hospitality preferred.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Passion for working with the elderly and ability to close sales.
• Clear understanding of Alzheimer's and other types of dementia    
• Must be familiar with Outlook and Excel. Yardi experience a plus.
