What This Role is Really About This isn't a typical marketing coordinator role. It isn't simply managing social media. It isn't sitting behind a computer creating graphics all day. This is a leadership position responsible for driving CASK's marketing strategy and helping fuel the company's growth. You'll: Build and execute marketing strategies that generate qualified residential construction leads. Lead and develop a high-performing marketing team. Own advertising performance, lead generation, and campaign ROI. Strengthen one of the fastest-growing residential construction brands in Tampa Bay. Partner directly with company leadership to influence business growth. If you're looking for a role where someone gives you daily direction, this probably won't be the right fit. What You'll Do Develop and execute annual and quarterly marketing strategies. Own CASK's marketing calendar and campaign execution. Generate qualified residential construction leads through digital and community marketing. Manage Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, website optimization, email marketing, and CRM campaigns. Analyze campaign performance and make data-driven decisions. Present monthly marketing results and recommendations to leadership. Lead, coach, and develop the Content Director and Marketing Assistant. Strengthen CASK's brand across every client touchpoint. Build relationships within the St. Petersburg community through events and partnerships. Manage marketing budgets and maximize return on investment. Continuously improve systems, workflows, and marketing processes. How Your Success Will Be Measured You'll be measured against clear, achievable KPIs aligned to our growth goals. These KPIs remain consistent while quarterly targets may adjust as the company continues to grow.
