University Retirement Community is seeking a passionate Resident Care Coordinator for our Davis, CA skilled nursing facility. You will support nursing staff, collaborate with the interdisciplinary team and families, and help with admissions, discharges, and care plans on a 11:00 AM - 7:30 PM schedule with on-call shifts. Required is an RN license in California, at least 1 year of SNF nursing experience, and CPR certification. #J-18808-Ljbffr
