Director, Real Estate Development for Childcare Expansion
BrightPath Early Learning & Child Care
BrightPath Kids / Busy Bees is seeking a Director of Real Estate to lead the full lifecycle of new school center development across the United States. You will own market research, strategy, LOI/leases, and coordination with Construction and Operations to ensure centers open on budget and on time. This role requires 5+ years in national real estate development, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to work with cross-functional teams.
