Brilliant® in Dallas is seeking a Director of Development Accounting to lead the accounting and financial oversight of its development portfolio. The role is hybrid and collaborates with development teams to drive accurate reporting from investment through construction and stabilization. The ideal candidate will have CPA credentials, strong real estate development accounting experience, GAAP knowledge, and proven leadership.
