Overview As an Account Service Representative, you’ll be on the front line of C Spire’s customer experience in one of our retail locations. Responsibilities Drive wireless, home services, and business sales to exceed monthly goals and unlock uncapped commission opportunities—averaging over $50,000 annually in total compensation. Serve as a knowledgeable and trusted consultant for customers, staying up to date on the latest devices, plans, and home services. Deliver exceptional customer service with integrity and enthusiasm in every interaction. Contribute to a high‑performing team that is laser‑focused on dominating the telecommunications industry. One year of customer service or sales experience or a bachelor’s degree or equivalent. Excellent communication skills. Ability to work a full‑time, irregular schedule that includes evenings and Saturdays. Preferred: Two or more years of experience in sales or a customer‑facing, fast‑paced retail environment. Physical Requirements and Working Conditions Must be able to work evenings and Saturdays in a flexible schedule shared by other department members. Must be able to lift 40 lbs. of materials.
