Community Outreach Liaison — Behavioral Health Agape Network · Miami-Dade North, FL · Full-time · $42,000–$55,000/year You will spend your week out in the community — in schools, hospitals, courthouses and partner agencies — building the relationships that connect South Florida families to behavioral health care. ABOUT AGAPE NETWORK

Agape Network is a South Florida nonprofit providing behavioral health and community services across the region. When you refer someone to us, you are connecting them to something real: residential and outpatient treatment, a community health center, supported housing, a criminal justice program, Mommy & Me, early learning and daycare, workforce and education programs, and chaplaincy support. You will never have to oversell what we do.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

Own a territory of partner sites and get out to 15–20 of them a week, in person. Build lasting relationships with schools, hospitals, courts, DCF and community agencies — and keep them warm. Identify people who need help and guide them and their families into the right program. Present Agape's programs at partner meetings, staff in-services and community events. Log your visits, contacts and referral outcomes in our mobile outreach app, which also handles your weekly route planning and mileage. Work hand in hand with our admissions and clinical teams and help families get set up on Telehealth.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

This role is about people, not paperwork. The strongest candidates are natural relationship-builders — comfortable being the new face in the room, persistent without being pushy, and genuinely good at earning trust. We can teach you behavioral health. We cannot teach that. A track record of building relationships and winning people over. Outreach, community health, admissions, sales, case management, social services, ministry and education backgrounds all translate well. Comfortable working independently in the field and managing your own weekly schedule. Strong written and verbal communication, and confident presenting to a room. Bilingual (Spanish and/or Haitian Creole) strongly preferred. High school diploma or equivalent required. Bachelor's degree preferred. Valid Florida driver's license, your own reliable vehicle, and current auto insurance. This is a daily-driving role. Able to pass a Florida Level 2 background screening.

SCHEDULE AND HOURS

Monday through Friday, daytime. No evening shifts. Occasionally a community event falls on a Saturday — a few hours, one day, always scheduled well in advance. We hold this role to 40 hours a week and we mean it.

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS

$42,000–$55,000 per year depending on experience (salaried, non-exempt — overtime eligible). Health, dental and vision coverage. Paid time off and paid holidays.
