A very popular, highly-reviewed, and fun kids' birthday party and indoor playground place is looking to hire a people-friendly person with at least 7+ years of experience in a front-office/ front-desk position

The job requires upwards of 30 hours of weekday and weekend hours. Hours can be flexible giving opportunities for side income or good work-life balance.

The duties entail the following and more:

1. Providing excellent customer experience to customers during parties and events.

2. Managing the center and coordinating center activities during parties and events

3. Managing front desk and cash registers.

4. Managing people and resources effectively

Requirement:

1. Must have good 9+ years of Sales and Customer service experience

2. Must not have frequent job changes on the resume

3. Weekend availability is a must
