Job Title: EMC-Technician Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated EMC-Technician to join our team, operating on the 1st shift (6am-3pm) from Monday to Friday with minimal overtime. This role involves ensuring compliance with GMP, HACCP, and production procedures in a collaborative and safety-conscious environment.

• Ensure all GMP, HACCP, and production procedures are followed and documented for assigned work.
• Perform manual production tasks such as material handling and staging, batching, packaging, cleaning, and sanitizing.
• Utilize a computer inventory control system.
• Efficiently perform assigned tasks and duties as assigned.
• Follow safety guidelines.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and maintain a safe working environment.

• 6 months to 5 years of experience in food production, mixing, or blending.
• Experience with HACCP and GMP.
• Mechanical aptitude.
• Ability to manage frequent changes and respond professionally under pressure.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Intermediate knowledge of food safety requirements including HACCP.
• Basic understanding of Good Manufacturing Practices and the Safe Quality Food program.
• Experience in liquid or dairy blending is a plus.
• Detail-oriented, responsible, and self-motivated.
• Ability to operate a forklift and scissor lift.

The position is based in a Food Flavor and Probiotic ingredient facility. The company is family-owned and team-oriented, with minimal and voluntary overtime. Employees enjoy a lunch program and a competitive vacation and holiday program, along with a great benefits package.

This is a Permanent position based out of SAUKVILLE, WI.

The pay range for this position is $41600.00 - $52000.00/yr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.

This is a direct placement position. Benefits will be provided upon start of assignment or sooner if requested by the candidate.

This is a fully onsite position in SAUKVILLE,WI.

This position is anticipated to close on Oct 1, 2026.
