Your expertise in designing and creating visually compelling dashboards will be essential in providing clients with actionable insights.Responsibilities:Collaborate with clients to understand their data visualization and reporting needs.Design, develop, and maintain Power BI reports and dashboards that effectively convey complex data in a visually appealing and user-friendly manner.Translate business requirements into technical specifications to create data models and visuals.Implement interactive features and drill-down capabilities within Power BI reports.Optimize performance and ensure data accuracy in Power BI solutions.Conduct data analysis to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities.Work closely with data engineers and data scientists to ensure seamless data integration.Provide training and support to end-users on using Power BI reports effectively.Stay updated on the latest Power BI features, best practices, and industry trends.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.Proven experience as a Power BI Developer with a strong focus on frontend development and visualization.Proficiency in creating visually appealing, interactive, and user-friendly Power BI reports and dashboards.Solid understanding of data modeling, DAX calculations, and data transformation within Power BI.Strong knowledge of data visualization principles and best practices.Experience working in a consulting environment and collaborating with diverse clients.Excellent communication and presentation skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a dynamic consulting team.Power BI certification is a plus but not mandatory.Or refer someone 4 Staffing Corp
