Motion Designer

We’re seeking a Motion Designer with expertise in Adobe Firefly who thrives at the intersection of storytelling, design, animation, and emerging AI-powered creative tools. This role will be responsible for creating high-impact motion content across social, digital, paid media, and branded campaigns while helping scale creative production through innovative workflows. The ideal candidate combines strong design fundamentals with advanced motion capabilities, understands social-first content, and has experience working within agency, brand, or fast-paced content environments. You’ll collaborate closely with Creative Directors, Designers, Editors, Strategists, and Content Creators to develop engaging motion assets that capture attention and drive performance across multiple platforms. Key Responsibilities Create visually compelling motion graphics, animations, and digital content for social, paid media, branded campaigns, and marketing initiatives. Design and animate content across multiple formats, including: Social-first content Paid social creative Brand campaigns Explainer and instructional content Presentation and event visuals Develop motion systems, templates, and scalable creative assets that can be utilized across campaigns and brands. Partner with video editors to enhance content through animation, typography, transitions, visual effects, and motion design. Utilize Adobe Firefly and AI-powered creative tools to improve workflow efficiency, generate creative concepts, and accelerate production. Translate creative briefs into polished motion assets while maintaining brand consistency and visual excellence. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to iterate quickly based on feedback and performance insights. Stay ahead of emerging trends in motion design, animation, AI-assisted creativity, social content, and digital storytelling. Contribute ideas during brainstorms, creative reviews, and campaign development sessions. Experience & Qualifications 4+ years of professional motion design experience within an agency, brand, production company, media publisher, or similar environment. Advanced proficiency in: Adobe Illustrator Experience utilizing Adobe Firefly and AI-assisted creative workflows. Strong understanding of animation principles, typography, composition, pacing, and visual storytelling. Experience creating content optimized for: TikTok Instagram Reels YouTube Paid Social Digital Marketing Campaigns Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication and collaboration skills. A portfolio demonstrating a diverse range of motion design, animation, and social-first creative work. Preferred Qualifications Experience working with consumer brands, enterprise brands, or agency clients. Familiarity with 3D workflows and tools such as: Cinema 4D Element 3D Experience creating performance-driven creative for paid social campaigns. Knowledge of emerging AI creative tools beyond Adobe Firefly. Understanding of creative testing methodologies and social content optimization.
