If you enjoy working outdoors, operating equipment, and being part of a team that makes a difference, we'd love to hear from you!About the Role:As a Driller Helper, you'll assist the lead driller in setting up, operating, and maintaining drilling equipment. Your responsibilities will include preparing drilling sites, staging materials and equipment, collecting soil samples, and ensuring safety and compliance with environmental regulations. This is a physically active role that offers on-the-job training and opportunities for advancement.Qualifications:Minimum:High school diploma or equivalentValid driver's license (driving record must show no more than 2 moving violations in the last 2 years)Experience with manual labor or construction workAbility to lift 100 pounds (not consistently)Ability to work overtime, with some weekend and/or out-of-town workPreferred:Previous experience in drilling or heavy equipment operationFamiliarity with environmental regulations and safety standardsSkills & Attributes:Strong work ethic and ability to perform physical laborUnderstanding of equipment staging and prepCommitment to safety and environmental complianceJoin a team where your hard work is recognized, your safety matters, and every day brings something new.
