What You’ll Do As a Direct Support Staff member, you’ll play a vital role in supporting individuals with their daily needs and helping them achieve their goals. Your day-to-day responsibilities may include: Assisting individuals with daily living activities and personal care. Supporting individuals in developing and maintaining life skills. Encouraging independence and fostering a positive environment. Providing companionship and building meaningful relationships. Ensuring a safe and supportive atmosphere for everyone.
