Global Trade Licensing Lead - ITAR/EAR (Remote)

RTX is seeking a Manager, Global Trade to manage export/import licensing and compliance within the LADS business unit for DoD programs. You will develop licensing plans, provide ITAR/EAR interpretation, and oversee submissions for licenses and authorizations, while coordinating with internal customers and stakeholders.
The role requires leadership in training and internal controls, with a focus on accurate regulatory interpretation, risk mitigation, and timely execution of complex licensing
