Automotive Service Advisor Modern Hyundai/Genesis of Concord has a career opportunity for an Automotive Service Advisor. Responsibilities for this position include: Greet customers in a timely, friendly manner Advise customers on the care of their vehicle and the value of maintaining the vehicle according to the manufacturer's specifications Provide a complete and accurate written cost estimate for labor and parts Handle telephone inquiries regarding appointments and work in process Maintain high customer satisfaction standards Qualifications: 2+ year's experience in an automotive service dealership preferred Exceptional customer service skills Outstanding organizational and follow-up skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to occasionally lift up to 70 lbs.
