Real Estate Paralegal

Paralegal - Real Estate Location: Century City, Los Angeles, CA. Job Requirements 10+ years of experience in commercial real estate transactions Experience managing transactions from inception to closing Strong project management skills, including checklists, organizational charts Ability to manage portfolios of assets, multiple transactions Experience in multiple areas of real estate, including purchase and sale, finance, leasing Draft real estate forms, letters, closing documents under supervision of lawyers Proficiency in entity formation, Secretary of State filings, resolutions, certificates, and authority documents Review and analyze title, survey, zoning reports, and other due diligence Detail-oriented with strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills Self-starter with initiative, ability to anticipate issues and execute with precision and efficiency Demonstrates effective verbal and written communication with clients, outside vendors, and other parties About the Firm Barnes & Thornburg LLP is a growing AmLaw 100 firm with 23 offices. Salary The base salary range for this position is $150,000 to $175,000 (commensurate with experience).
