Title Health Information Management Administrator 3, (NY HELPS), Hutchings Psychiatric Center, P27174 Location Syracuse, NY 13210, Onondaga County Salary From $82,326 to $104,230 annually (Salary Grade 22) Employment Type Full-Time, Permanent, Non-competitive Class (PS&T - Professional, Scientific, and Technical (PEF)) Schedule Mon-Fri, 6 AM – 6 PM, 40 hours per week. No telecommuting, flexible or overtime not allowed. Duties As a Health Information Management Administrator 3, you would manage the day-to-day operations of a medical records program; plan, implement, and maintain systems for acquiring and preserving individuals’ medical records; supervise and train subordinate staff in facility medical records and health information management departments; and participate in the development of computer applications for medical records information. Minimum Qualifications Current certification by the American Health Information Management Association as a Registered Health Information Administrator (RHIA); and two years of full-time professional (post-RHIA) health information management experience.
