Patient Services Registrar

Summary: Obtains complete, accurate and relevant patient data for the purpose of scheduling and registration for the outpatient population; completes patient insurance verification. Requirements: High school graduate or equivalent. Basic computer knowledge required with the ability to work in multiple systems simultaneously. Cerner experience preferred. Previous healthcare experience preferred. Excellent phone and customer service experience required. Consistent attendance and punctuality are essential for this role. Work Shift Details: Days, Primary hours: 530a-2p - 630a-3p. Primary days: Weekdays vary with weekend rotation required. Potential rotation to multiple Outpatient areas.
