TeamSuccesso is looking for Remote eCommerce Growth Associates to support client accounts across Amazon, D2C websites, and digital marketing channels. This role is suitable for candidates who want to build a career in eCommerce marketing and work remotely with structured guidance from TeamSuccesso. Candidates who already have practical knowledge of eCommerce marketing can apply directly for paid client assignment. We support brands with Amazon marketing, advertising performance, listing optimization, keyword research, D2C growth, campaign tracking, reporting, and structured execution. Key Responsibilities Track Amazon account performance including sales, ad spend, ROAS, orders, conversion, and campaign performance Monitor product listings, pricing, availability, reviews, and account health Support keyword research and product listing improvement activities Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports Track Shopify / D2C website performance Support Google Ads, Meta Ads, and campaign reporting activities Monitor website traffic, sales, leads, and conversion performance Assist with SEO, content, and product page improvement tasks Maintain Google Sheets and reporting dashboards Prepare structured weekly updates Highlight issues, risks, and improvement opportunities on time Work on assigned client accounts under TeamSuccessos guidance Follow internal processes, review formats, and quality standards Maintain confidentiality of client data Candidate Profile This opportunity is suitable for: Candidates with experience in digital marketing or eCommerce marketing Candidates restarting their career after a break Homemakers looking for structured remote work opportunities Candidates from any location who can work with discipline from home People who are comfortable with data, reporting, communication, and learning Required Skills Strong interest in eCommerce and digital marketing Good communication skills in English Good knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets Ability to work independently from home Attention to detail Willingness to learn and take feedback Ability to follow process and meet deadlines Own laptop and stable internet connection Good to Have Skills Knowledge of Amazon Seller Central Knowledge of Amazon Ads Exposure to Shopify or D2C websites Basic understanding of Google Ads or Meta Ads Experience in SEO, content, social media, or online selling Prior work experience in marketing, sales, operations, or customer support Selection Pathways TeamSuccesso offers two pathways for candidates applying for this role.
