Description Professional Counselor part - time, variable shift at Providence Portland Medical Ctr-Portland(HR) The Professional Counselor practices in a treatment setting under clinical supervision and is dedicated to evaluation, diagnosis and treatment of psychiatric and substance use disorders. Group Facilitation, Safety Planning, Milieu Management, Member of Interdisciplinary Care Team on Adult Inpatient Psychiatric Unit Required Qualifications: Master's Degree - Counseling or related field. Oregon Professional Counselor License upon hire or, Oregon Oregon Professional Counselor Associate License - Oregon Board of Licensed Counselors and Therapists upon hire. Preferred Qualifications: 1 year - Master's level practicum in a behavioral health setting in an accredited college or university internship. Additional experience in substance use treatment setting. The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors.
