Executive Tax & Equity Compensation Senior Manager

BDO USA is seeking a GES Senior Manager to lead complex compensation and executive tax projects, including equity compensation taxation, 409A, 162(m), and ASC 718/740 analyses. You will prepare analyses, memos, and client deliverables, while guiding a team of tax professionals and ensuring quality and compliance with firm standards.
