Assistant Project Manager

APM with a full-service Commercial GC! Salary: $70,000 - $90,000 per year As an Assistant Project Manager, you’ll support project leaders in coordinating and executing construction projects from start to finish. Typical duties include: Assisting in project planning, scheduling, and budgeting. Supporting coordination between internal teams, subcontractors, and clients. Preparing and maintaining project documentation, reports, and correspondence. Helping track project progress, cost controls, and quality standards. Participating in job site meetings and ensuring compliance with safety protocols. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field or equivalent practical experience. 1–3 years of relevant construction or project support experience (internship or co-op work considered). Strong organizational skills with attention to detail. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. Proficiency with construction/project software and Microsoft Office. Preferred Qualifications OSHA safety training or certification. Previous experience with project controls (RFIs, submittals, change orders). Jobot is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
