Estimator/Project Manager - Mass Earthwork

Estimator/Project Manager
We're seeking an experienced Estimator/Project Manager to lead mass grading and earthwork projects from preconstruction through execution. This role is ideal for someone who wants ownership, visibility, and influence on large-scale site development work.
Responsibilities
- Prepare detailed estimates for mass earthwork and grading projects
- Manage projects post-award, including budgeting, scheduling, and cost control
- Oversee self-performed earthwork and coordinate field operations
- Collaborate with operations, superintendents, and leadership on project strategy
- Support bid reviews, risk assessment, and project planning
Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience estimating and/or managing mass earthwork projects
- Strong background in mass grading, site development, and earthwork
- Experience with HCSS and Agtek preferred (not required)
- Ability to manage projects from estimate through closeout
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-responsibility environment
This is a leadership-oriented opportunity with real autonomy on complex earthwork projects.
