You will be responsible for developing and expanding business within the microelectronics market, including semiconductor, electronics, and related sectors. The position focuses on building long-term strategic relationships with key decision-makers and technical stakeholders across a defined territory. You will play a critical role in driving revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities and strengthening existing accounts. Working in a highly technical and collaborative environment, you will partner closely with internal teams to solve customer challenges and deliver tailored solutions. Accountabilities:

• Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve revenue and order objectives within the assigned territory.
• Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities to expand market share in the microelectronics sector.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with senior customer stakeholders and decision-makers.
• Collaborate with internal sales, marketing, and technical teams to address customer needs and deliver effective solutions.
• Provide accurate forecasting, pipeline management, and performance tracking using sales metrics and tools.
• Represent the business at customer sites, conferences, and industry events as needed to strengthen visibility and engagement.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Materials Science, or a related technical field (or equivalent experience).
• Minimum of 4+ years of outside sales experience in semiconductor manufacturing, electronics, chemicals, or related industries.
• Proven experience managing the full sales cycle, from prospecting and presentations to closing deals.
• Strong background in key account management and relationship building at senior levels.
• Willingness and ability to travel up to 60% within the territory, with occasional additional travel.
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record and ability to meet basic physical requirements (including lifting up to 40 lbs).
• Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce), Microsoft Excel, and structured sales funnel management is a plus.
