Assistant Coach, Men and Women Track and Cross Country – University of Tampa, Tampa, FL Job ID: R0010035 The Assistant Men's and Women's Track/Cross Country Coach assists the head coaches of both the Men's and Women's Teams with all tasks related to program development, focusing on coaching and recruiting sprint/hurdle athletes. The ideal candidate will bring a high level of expertise in the technical development of sprint athletes, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to work under the direction of two head coaches simultaneously. Candidates should possess strong leadership skills, superior communication, and a clear understanding of NCAA rules, applications, and philosophies.
