Finance Lead, Systems Governance & Administration

Finance Lead responsible for maintaining SAC and BPC administrative documentation, ensuring governance compliance, and supporting financial planning cycles. The role bridges technical teams and business stakeholders while managing documentation standards, operational procedures, and financial analysis.

Responsibilities

Own and maintain enterprise SAC Administration Guide and supporting documentation
Translate technical knowledge from developers and SMEs into structured administrative documentation
Develop governance documentation, operational procedures, and ensure audit readiness
Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual financial planning cycles including variance analysis and P&L reporting
Conduct financial reviews, approvals, and ad hoc analysis to support business decision-making

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, Finance, or related field
3+ years experience supporting enterprise planning solutions
Strong documentation and technical writing capabilities
Advanced proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Teams
Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and competing priorities
