Registered Nurse (RN) - ICU

Registered Nurse – Intensive Care Unit

Schedule

3-12 hour night shifts with occasional extra on-call shifts.

Assignment Details

Contract length is specified based on assignment.

Requirements

• Currently licensed to practice as a Registered Nurse in the state.
• Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in critical care nursing preferred.
• Telemetry experience preferred.
• BLS required upon hire.
• ACLS required within 3 months.
• PALS or ENPC required within 6 months if staying for 6 months.
• TNCC preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a critical care environment.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Monitor and record patient vital signs and responses to treatments.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care.
• Educate patients and families on health management and conditions.
• Assist in the management of patient flow within the unit.
