Job Details Job Summary This is a fully onsite position based in Orange County. The Venue & Event Producer for Orange County supports the Venue & Event Manager in achieving venue sales goals, managing event operations, and ensuring seamless planning and execution of events held at a dedicated venue space. This role plays a key part in planning and managing events from contract to completion, while supporting daily venue operations, assisting with bookings, and delivering exceptional client service. As a key member of the sales team, this leader is both a strategic thinker and a hands‑on relationship builder who thrives in fast‑paced, high‑touch environments. Skills & Qualifications Strong interpersonal skills with a genuine heart for hospitality. Professional, enthusiastic, responsible, and dependable team player. Developing sales and negotiation skills with a focus on delivering exceptional client service. Excellent relationship‑building and communication abilities. Familiarity with sales KPIs, pipeline management, and CRM systems. Experience planning and executing events with accuracy and professionalism. Highly organized and detail‑oriented with strong time management skills. Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast‑paced environment. Proactive, self‑motivated, and collaborative mindset. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google applications, CRM platforms, and catering/event management software. 3–5 years of experience in catering, hospitality, sales, or event coordination roles. College degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or related field preferred. Current California Food Handler’s card required. Reliable transportation and clean driving record required.
