Job Description
The Licensed Sales Producer plays a crucial role as an individual contributor within a sales team, reporting directly to the agency owner. This position focuses on generating new business through client prospecting and relationship building, delivering persuasive sales presentations, and preparing accurate policy quotes. The role offers opportunities for professional growth through performance bonuses. We have multiple channels of leads and a huge database on prospects.
Responsibilities
- Prospect and generate new client leads
- Deliver effective sales presentations to potential clients
- Prepare policy quotes tailored to client needs
- Negotiate terms to close sales successfully
- Conduct follow-up calls to nurture client relationships
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships
Preferred Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in sales
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Property and Casualty License
- Proficient in sales techniques and CRM software
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Effective time management and attention to detail
- In-depth product knowledge
