Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Commercial Construction Project Manager to oversee projects from preconstruction through closeout. This role is responsible for delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards while coordinating closely with field teams, consultants, and clients. Key Responsibilities :Manage multiple commercial construction projects simultaneously from inception to completio nCollaborate with superintendents to ensure seamless coordination between field and office operation sDevelop and maintain project schedules, budgets, forecasts, and cash flow report sCommunicate effectively with architects, engineers, trade partners, and client sLead problem-solving efforts and proactively address project challenge sEnsure compliance with safety standards and regulatory requirement sMonitor project progress and drive timely completion of key milestone sOversee procurement, contract negotiations, and trade partner relationship sManage all project documentation, including RFIs, submittals, change orders, and closeou Qualifications :5+ years of commercial construction project management experience ($2M–$25M projects )Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferre dStrong knowledge of construction practices, contracts, scheduling, and building code sProficiency with Procore (or similar), Microsoft Word, and Exce lFamiliarity with P6 or MS Project preferre dOSHA 30 certification preferre dStrong leadership, communication, and organizational skill #J-18808-Ljbffr InHouse Talent Group
