Business Development Executive

Job Title: Business Development Executive Location: Austin - Onsite We’re looking for a driven Business Development Executive to join a specialist firm that helps community banks and credit unions across the U.S. secure better deals with their technology vendors. This is an opportunity to join a team of sharp negotiators and trusted advisors—experts who’ve saved clients over $1 million per engagement by reshaping complex contracts and leveling the playing field between financial institutions and major fintech suppliers. If you thrive on solving problems, building relationships, and closing deals that make a real difference, this could be the role for you. What You’ll Do as a Business Development Executive: Target and engage financial institutions: Research, identify, and connect with community banks and credit unions nationwide. Drive new business: Develop and execute creative sales strategies to win new clients. Prospect with purpose: Leverage Salesforce, auto dialers, and other tools to build and maintain a strong pipeline. Lead outreach efforts: Run structured cold‑calling and email campaigns to open doors and start meaningful conversations. Craft compelling proposals: Develop presentations and proposals that clearly demonstrate value and impact. Build trusted relationships: Work directly with senior decision‑makers, understand their challenges, and position yourself as a strategic partner. What You Bring as a Business Development Executive: Proven success in business development or sales within the banking, credit union, or fintech sectors. Experience using Salesforce (familiarity with Connect&Dial is a plus). Strong communication, persuasion, and relationship‑building skills. A results‑driven mindset with the ability to meet and exceed goals. Natural problem‑solving instincts—you dig into root causes and find smart, strategic solutions. Solid critical‑thinking skills and the ability to see the bigger picture. Self‑starter attitude with excellent organization and prioritization abilities. You’ll be joining a high‑performance team with a clear mission: help community financial institutions compete, grow, and win. This role is in office in West Austin.
