Upon hire: Alaska Registered Nurse License Upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association National Provider ACLS - American Heart Association upon hire National Provider PALS - American Heart Association within 90 days of hire 1 year of Nursing experience. The base pay range may be supplemented by additional compensation such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, and bonuses.
