In this impactful role, your daily responsibilities will include:

• Conducting functional behavior assessments (FBAs) to understand student needs
• Designing, implementing, and monitoring effective behavior intervention plans (BIPs)
• Providing expert consultation and hands-on training for teachers, staff, and families
• Analyzing student data, tracking progress, and adjusting interventions as needed
• Supporting students experiencing behavioral and developmental challenges, helping them to achieve their goals

• An active BCBA certification
