Location: 234 East 149th Street, Bronx, NY 10451 (NYC Health + Hospitals/Lincoln). Position type: Full‑time. Salary range: $292,000–$302,000 annual base. Opportunity Details Provide comprehensive pulmonary, stroke, and critical care services across ICU, inpatient, and outpatient settings. Manage complex cardiopulmonary and multisystem critical illness in a high‑acuity ICU. Perform and interpret advanced procedures, including bronchoscopy and ventilator management. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams. Teach and mentor residents, fellows, and medical students in an academic environment. Participate in departmental performance‑improvement initiatives. Engage in research activities. Qualifications Active NYS medical license. Board‑certified or board‑eligible in Pulmonary and Critical Care Medicine. Compensation and Benefits Annual base salary: $292k–$302k (board‑eligible/board‑certified). Estimated annual total compensation (incl. bonus, 401(k), etc.): $416k–$428k. 401(k) company match: 3% immediate; 7% after 1 year. Median bonus potential: up to $40k (based on past performance).
