About our Agency: Our agency has proudly served the community as a State Farm office for over 16 years, and my journey with State Farm began even earlier as a team member for 2 years. We are currently a team of six talented professionals, with plans to welcome a seventh member in March 2025.

Responsibilities :

• Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
• Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
• Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.

• Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and listening

This position is with a State Farm independent contractor agent, not with State Farm Insurance Companies. Compensation: $53,500.00 - $73,500.00 per year
