What You’ll Do Work directly with customers to secure the best financing and protection options for their vehicle purchase Present and sell finance and insurance products clearly and professionally Structure deals and submit credit applications to lenders to secure approvals Maintain strong relationships with banks, lenders, and financial institutions Ensure all paperwork is accurate and compliant with state and federal regulations Collaborate closely with the sales team to maximize deal profitability and customer satisfaction Maintain a smooth and efficient delivery process for customers What We’re Looking For Proven experience as an Automotive Finance Manager or Finance & Insurance (F&I) Manager Strong knowledge of lender programs, credit structures, and deal funding Excellent closing and product presentation skills Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume dealership environment Strong attention to detail and compliance knowledge Experience with dealership management systems and CRM tools A customer-first mindset with a commitment to professionalism Why Join Honda of North Hollywood?
