As a Staffing Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in connecting talent with mid-size companies across OC, LA, and the Inland Empire. This position offers a competitive hourly wage plus commission and provides opportunities for professional growth within a supportive, collaborative sales environment. You will be responsible for driving business development and client satisfaction while working as an individual contributor or as part of a sales team, with occasional local travel required.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates in the staffing industry
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to grow the client base
- Meet and exceed sales targets through effective communication and negotiation
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful candidate placements and client satisfaction
- Provide accurate reporting on sales pipeline and client interactions
- Lead initiatives as an individual contributor or as part of a sales team, with potential leadership responsibilities
Preferred Qualifications
- 2+ years of staffing sales experience
- Demonstrated success in staffing and sales roles
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Compensation: Hourly wage(Starts at $25 , however depends on experience) plus commission
