We are hiring a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our clinical team in the Long Beach, CA area. In this role you will design and oversee individualized ABA programs for children with autism, conduct a range of standardized assessments, and collaborate with families and support staff to drive meaningful progress. Compensation & Benefits Salary: $80,000 - $87,000 per year Up to $12,000 annual bonus paid quarterly Unlimited PTO and up to 9 weeks of paid maternity leave Professional growth: $1,300 annual learning stipend, free CEUs, and monthly clinical summits with leading speakers Full medical, dental, and vision coverage plus 401(k) with company match Company‑provided laptop, tablet, and phone plus mileage reimbursement Uncapped student loan repayment assistance Job Responsibilities Design and oversee individualized ABA programs for children with autism Conduct standardized assessments including VB‑MAPP, Vineland, ABLLS, Brigance, and functional behavior assessment (FBA) Collaborate with families, educators, and support staff to drive meaningful progress Use DTT, NATS/NET, and verbal behavior (VB) methodologies to implement evidence‑based interventions Qualifications Active BCBA certification Master’s degree in ABA, psychology, education, behavior science, or related discipline At least one year of experience designing and implementing ABA programs for children with autism Hands‑on experience with assessments including VB‑MAPP, Vineland, ABLLS, Brigance, and FBA Solid working knowledge of DTT, NATS/NET, and verbal behavior (VB) methodologies Jobot is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
